2. Product Information

We aim to display our clothing as accurately as possible, including colors, sizing, and descriptions. However, due to screen differences and handmade or limited run styles, slight variations may occur. Sizing may vary by style, we recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD, and all payments must be made in full before an order is processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or inventory error).

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking information emailed to you once the order is shipped. International orders may experience longer delivery times and are best shipped via DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.

5.  Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are specially made and reserved for you. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Shipping timeline: Pre-order items are expected to ship within 4 weeks of the order date. Once in stock, they will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, product names, logos, designs, and graphics on our site are the intellectual property of Rich Girl Favor and may not be reproduced without our permission.

7.Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our clothing or accessories. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan,United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

9.Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Dispute Policy

We want you to have the best possible experience with Rich Girl Favor. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@richgirlfavor.com so we can assist you and resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Please note:

  • We offer refunds or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. After this 3-day window, all sales are considered final.
  • You are responsible for reading and understanding the product description, including sizing and material details, prior to purchase.

Chargeback Policy:

  • If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the dispute by providing your bank with all relevant transaction records, including shipping and delivery confirmation.
  • In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to charge a $25 chargeback processing fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Customers who initiate a chargeback or attempt to abuse our chargeback process may be banned from making future purchases.
  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or abuse.
