All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, excluding weekend and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!
• Domestic orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
• International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs. For the fastest and most reliable service, we recommend choosing DHL Worldwide at checkout.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Once we receive the returned package from the shipping carrier, we’ll contact you to begin the reshipment process.

IMPORTANT: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for all reshipping costs. This includes the carrier’s return to sender fee (the fee they charge because the package was sent back) in addition to the standard reshipping fee required for us to send your package out again.
