⏳ Return & Exchange Window

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.

🔁 Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• In brand new condition

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• All original tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

📬 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@richgirlfavor.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
  3. If your request is approved, we will send you detailed return/exchange instructions.

Please note:

• Exchanges will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any reshipment fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returned items.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Items returned without prior approval

• Worn, washed, or customer damaged items

• Items missing tags or original packaging

• Requests submitted after the 3 day return window

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

RichGirlFavor LLC does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. Once we ship your order, it is in the possession of the carrier and no longer our responsibility. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
